KID’S ZONE (10:00-4:00), GREAT FOOD,
LIVE MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT
FREE ADMISSION

Entertainment Schedule:

1:00 p.m.                Copiah Ministerial Alliance Gospel Choir
2:00 p.m.                By Faith (Gospel)
3:00 p.m.                The Sojourners
4:00 p.m.                Harmony Rockets (Country/Rock)
6:00 p.m.                Bobby Rush (R&B Blues)

Car show from 10:00 am till 3:00 pm.  
Registration begins at 8:30 am.  
Awards will be presented at 3:00 pm.
Registration fee: $25.00  

1ST ANNUAL ROCKIN' RAILROAD TRAIL RUN
The Trail Run
If you are a runner itching for a change of scenery make the switch from hard surfaces to the softer and more scenic trails at Hood Scout Reservation.  Camp Hood is located 13 miles west of Hazlehurst on Old Port Gibson Road.  Starting in the horse corral both races funnel you into miles of trails woven through picturesque beauty.  Known sites along the way include: the old cemetery, the big oak, teepees, the lake, a footbridge, and a totem pole.

Vendor Information
  • All vendors must be approved by a committee of the
    Hazlehurst Chamber of Commerce.
  • Fees:  12  X 12 space - $50.00, $5.00 extra for electricity.  
    Food vendors - $150.00 each.  Fee must be sent with
    application.  Vendor responsible for canopy, chairs,
    tables, extension cords, etc.
  • Set-Up/Departure:  Displays must be set up by 9:30 a.m.
    and remain until 5:00 p.m. (Vendors may stay until
    festival is over).  Parking space will be available close by.
  • Responsibility:  Vendors are required to turn in a sales
    tax report to a designated Chamber of Commerce
    member before leaving the event.

The fourth annual Rockin’ Railroad Festival presented by the Hazlehurst Chamber of Commerce is only 10 days away.  The festival is funded by private sponsorships and in part by a grant from the Mississippi Arts Commission.
